Eski dernek yasalar\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar nedeniyle uzun y\u0131llar TeK\u2019in resmi makamlar \u00f6n\u00fcnde temsil sorunu olmu\u015ftur. Son y\u0131llarda Dernekler Kanunu\u2019nun de\u011fi\u015fmesi ile dernek kurulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.
